Congo where she provides consultancy in Assistance to project management; in group management; for studies and design-build projects; in the development and management of projects in BIM, BREEAM or NF Housing; responses to calls for tenders, etc.
OLIVIER NDONGENDEBA
Mr. OLIVIER NDONGENDEBA S.M is a lawyer by training. With banking experience, he worked for the British Department of Foreign Affairs and Development (FCDO) where he dealt with complex development aid programs and Security Sector Reform (Police, Army etc..). He will join the Congolese government as Advisor to the Vice Prime Minister; subsequently as Deputy Director of Audit of the Sino-Congolese Bilateral Infrastructure Program (the 5 projects). He specialized in Chinese investments in Africa in terms of infrastructure, obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc) in England in 2019. Mr Ndongendeba is pursuing postdoctoral research in the same field. He provides consultancy in England, France and DR Congo for financial arrangements for infrastructure projects (PPP, EPC etc.), government programs, business management and real estate investment.
